1. RIGHT OF RENEWAL
If you have two or more years renting the same commercial space and you have not breached any point in your contract, you have the right to renew it by the moment of its expiration because of the term established by both parties.
2. RIGHT OF PREFERENCE
You will have the right to be chosen first to re-lease the property after a repair or construction in the space itself.
3. ADVANCE NOTICE
In case that your renter requests the property, you will be entitled to be notified 6 months in advance
