The 4 Steps to Register your Brand

3 ) Make the Request before the IMPI. The IMPI (Mexican Institute of Industrial Property and the one in charge of registering your Trademark) requests a series of papers and documents to begin the process, in particular the Registration Application. This may be the longest and most tedious step of them all.
4 ) Fill out your application, return the papers and make the payment. From the moment you are authorized, your Brand will be ready to compete in the market.
